The daughter of the former military administrator of Kano state, Brig. General Dominic (rtd) whose name is frances has been shot dead by some gang of gun men in warri on Saturday. The incidence has been confirmed by the Delta State police. The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Celestina Kalu, said that Frances was attacked and shot as she left a bank at JW Junction along Ovie Palace Rd, where she had gone to withdraw some money for her father.
