A nationwide campaign against indiscipline, African-time syndrome and loss of social norms and values will begin before the end of the year, the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has said. Mohammed stated this on Tuesday at a strategic planning meeting he held with the chief executives of agencies and other top management staff of the ministry in Abuja.
