What if I never receive my item?
Contact the seller through the Resolution Center, by opening a case.
The seller has 3 business days to respond with any of the following:
- Tracking information to show where your item is.
- A full refund including shipping costs.
- An offer to send you a replacement item, if you agree.
If the seller does not resolve the problem within 3 business days, you can escalate the case to eBay Customer Support. eBay will review the case and may provide a refund of the purchase price, plus original shipping costs.
What if the item doesn't match the seller's description?
Contact the seller through the Resolution Center, by opening a case.
- You have 30 from the actual or estimated date of delivery to open a case.
The seller has 3 business days to respond by:
- Offering to send you a partial refund to make up for the miscommunication. If offered a partial refund you can: accept it, request a different amount, or suggest another solution.
- Asking that you return the item for a full refund.
- Asking that you return the item in exchange for replacement item.
If the seller does not resolve the problem within 3 business days, you can escalate the case to eBay Customer Support. eBay will review the case and may provide a refund of the purchase price, plus original shipping costs.
